Awesome customer service as soon as I walked into the office! the owner, Robert came out to meet me and see what concerns I might have before he personally drove my car around to the work area. I was made to feel very comfortable in the waiting area; cozy with tv, coffee, and wi-fi made my wait easy!
When the car was ready it was driven back around to the front where I inspected the great job that was done on a tired looking 2009 Hyundai Sonata.
With a big smile on my face I drove away knowing this is where my car would be getting its detailing from now on even though it is over one hours drive…..WORTH IT!

My car has never looked better. I have a Toddler in my car & have never had such stains on the upholstery as I do these days. We don’t have Crape Myrtle’s on our yard on purpose since they give off a black gum substance when the wind blows…well, you can’t control this in every place that you go to park. This team made my 5yr old SUV look new again. All the black specs were removed & I hadn’t even asked them to do it, but meant to. The engine was shining along w/ the tires. I was blown away by the attention to detail they provided and am very particular. Best detail in the area!

Out of all the auto detailing centers I’ve been to throughout my military career, I’m only impressed and satisfied with the results The Gift continues to provide. I have a toddler so stains seem to accumulate quickly on my light interior. In my experience nobody has been able to remove the stains even remotely, whereas The Gift always manages to make my car look the way it did when I purchased it, if not better. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

I just had my 2000 BMW Z3 detailed and engine cleaned by The Gift Auto Detailing Center in Newport News.  The car has never looked and smelled better.  It is like a new car and is “show ready” for the ZSCCA’s ZFest on Labor Day weekend.  I highly recommend The Gift. Hammacher Schlemmer catalog often describes their advertised merchandise, product and service as “the very best….” This is most appropriately applied to Gift Auto Detail Center as well as to the owner and staff. After full detailing, my car looked better than when it was new and they gave special attention to the esthetic appearance of the  carpets by brushing a stripe pattern into them. Exceptional service.

I went to the Williamsburg location today and had a full detailing done on my parents’ white Honda Accord (plus got the engine cleaned). It was the best gift I could ever give them – the whole house was thrilled and amazed upon seeing the results. The car had never been detailed before and had only undergone cursory vacuuming and washing over the last 10 years. Dark spots, stains, rust, dirt came off in places we thought would never look white again. A completely new car emerged after 3-4 hours at the shop. Plus, the Williamsburg location is great since I spent those hours shopping at the Premium outlets! And if you don’t want to shop, there is a great lounge at the shop with air conditioning, TV, coffee and comfortable couch for reading a book. Finally, the service is incredible – Robert and Mike were kind, thorough, put me completely at ease and very fair. I highly recommend this service and will be taking my car there annually from now on.

My Altima is two years old and had never been detailed before.  After reading the great reviews, I decided the Gift Detail Center was the place to take it.  I cannot say enough good things about the way the car looked once they were through.  It sparkled and looked as good as when I first drove it off the car lot.  In addition, the personnel were terrific and so very pleasant to do business with them.  I highly recommend their organization.

I got my husbands 2011 Chrysler 300 detailed for his homecoming and I didn’t want him to get inside of it!!!! It looked sooooo good!!!!! Thank you everyone who played a part in detailing the car and helping me surprise my husband!!!! The buggy bathe and 2nd street don’t have ANYTHING on The Gift Auto Detailing!!!!!

Just picked up my Honda Odyssey ’08 from the Williamsburg location. My car looks fabulous on the inside and out! My car looks like it did when it was rolled out of the showroom.  I highly recommended this service for any vehicle.  Will definitely use this service on my other vehicle.

The gift did an excellent job on my Mazda 3. My car is black with a lot of deep scratches. The gift got out most of the surface scratches which was great. I like them because they actually remove the driver and passenger seats to get a better clean of what fell underneath and between seats. The body of my car was polished and shiny. I also have black rims which looked fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to the Gift.

I am a first time customer of The Gift Auto Detail Center.  After the long winter, I was looking for some place to take my Lincoln Navigator for detailing.  I’ve had the vehicle for two years and this was the first time I had it detailed.  I called over a dozen different detail centers before deciding on choosing The Gift.  I actually went to the facility and set up an appointment after speaking to the staff, who were very friendly, confident,  and knowledgeable.  Needless to say, I was very pleased with the results.  Looked like it was ready for the showroom again.  I will definitely be going back for additional service.

We took our 2009 Toyota Matrix in on Saturday for a full detail inside and out and it looked like a brand new car when we picked it up!  We had been trying to reach another detailing company to do this for 2 weeks and the poor customer service there led us to look into the Gift.  I called Friday evening and Robert got me set up for the very next morning.  Our poor car was full of dog hair, in massive amounts, not to mention to unknown stains on our headliner, fuzz and thread everywhere from various textiles I work with, food debris from our never at home work schedule, and dirt and sand from our family trips to the beach and the mountains.  I had low expectations because the interior was in very poor shape, but I couldn’t have been more impressed when these guys were finished!  It looks just like it did when we drove it off the lot 2 years ago!  Add in the exception customer service, and you can’t beat the work done at The Gift.  I highly recommend!

I took my car to The Gift and I was very pleased. I have a 94′ Honda Accord that lost all its shine. With my car being white I tried everything to get it to shine again. After talking to Robert, I decided to let him give it a try with the high speed buffer. To my surprise my car looked like it was rolling off the car lot. My paint had never shined so much. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to have my car cleaned with them.

I have been taking my car as well as all my family member’s cars to The Gift for over a year. Not only are our cars always perfectly cleaned but the prices can’t be beat. Repairs have also been done and done better than the dealership with the prices chopped in half. The staff is always great to work with and very professional. The pickup and drop off service makes it convenient for me to have my car done while I am at work with no worries. I get so many compliments on how great my car looks all the time. I will not take my car anywhere else! If you really love your car don’t risk putting it in anyone else’s hands.
